Business units Directors (within Jabil) are always looking for the way to take the accounts overseas to keep a little more bonuses cash flowing in their pockets, few sites are already close in states and more business are moving into Mexico - if you apply and work for a medium or large account for this company you might end up jobless and the account leaving to a Mexican plant
