      Pros

      easy work, friendly people, and managers are very professional.

      Cons

      Long hours, Tendency to work overtime with no real way of knowing how long it will last. The hours when overtime is going on is 4 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., which is not good hours for some people.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
