      Pros

      Will hire almost anyone. Overtime if wanted. If you want to learn then with this company is pretty good at encouraging progress.

      Cons

      There was a “management club” during my time there. I was a supervisor previous to being a material analyst. I was forced to take a lateral position so a underperforming counterpart could have my job.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
