Bad managers. Lies directly to customers, don't allot originally committed resources to projects, Mgr repeats all projects should take 2wks like his (turns out his workers, not him), overworks employees, fudges work numbers (not allowed to write more than 48 hrs per week, later adjusted to 60 and not weekend work), commits to customers without arranging with engineers, less than 18 hour notice of travel, no care for holidays or family occasions, flip-flops on requests. Couldn't give less than one star for "Work/Life Balance".
