      Pros

      they promote from within & if u have enough handson experience u don't neccesarily need a college degree to move up a mini gym for employees with free weights, machines and cardio equip

      Cons

      communication sucks mentality of if I don't share or communicate its job security. there are a LOTof people related to each other there husbands wife parents kids cousins its ridiculous & gossip is normal. they hire & layoff & fire like crazy

      Pros

      Not "corporate-y". Some good people are there, but they are few and far between.

      Cons

      Loud, dirty, poor management, chaotic, toxic. It's like working with the 3 Stooges, except there are hundreds of them, not just 3.
