      Empowered to drive and make change happen. Opportunities for growth and solid career development. Very strong and solid teamwork attitude.

      Cons

      There is a degrading level of work and life balance approach and attitude. Also compensation plans are heading in the negative direction.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
