      Pros

      There are good compensations comparing to other companies in the area. Flexibility to move to other position within the company relatively fast (6 months).

      Cons

      Not that much opportunities to grow as a programmer. Pay rise are not really high. Always working on urgent projects that need to be finished very quickly without many chances to apply new technologies

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
