Atrocious Leadership Top to Bottom - Case Manager JVS SoCal Employee Review

Pros

Consistent 8-5 schedule if you’re dependent on that.

Cons

The leadership from the bottom of the barrels to the top of the totem poles are selfish, undeserving of their pay, lack empathy, discernment, and often do not share even one genuine bone of helpfulness in their body for the mission that JVS says they hold. This place may be a “non-profit” that claims they prioritize the poor folks walking through their doors, but all they care about is mismanaging budgets enough to line the pockets of anyone titled higher than manager. I’m looking at you: directors, assistant directors, CEO, and corporate office loafers… They are ALL grossly overpaid compared to the case managers (or should I say peasants) who do the grunt work with the public day to day and are mistreated at the bottom. The CEO is a fraud, and that’s saying the very least. No hands-on training was provided for this role whatsoever. You have to learn everything on your own whilst scrambling insanely high case loads. Then you’re micromanaged and expected to produce “numbers” when you aren’t even trained on what the best practices are to provide such results. This company is headed downhill FAST.
