Pros
Lots of ways to connect with other employees despite remote first working. Plenty of support for your working style and requirements. Above market rate salary, nice benefits. They are very supportive of your career goals too. Any training, courses, conferences you feel will be helpful, they'll sort you out. It is great. Lots of incredibly talented and down to earth people.
Cons
There is a lack of structure, policy and process generally throughout the company. It is more of a middleman between you and the client than a proper workplace. If you don't work with the core stack of the company, you are at the total mercy of your client when it comes to job security. There could be nowhere for you to go internally should you not want to work with the client/if they don't want to work with you or JUXT.
