JTM is a small enough company to not feel like a corporate machine but still large enough to compete with the corporate machines in the industry. The leadership is extremely transparent and involved with all levels. The company is continuing to grow and has invested a lot in its people. With that, moral is significantly higher than the average construction company as is the career opportunities within JTM. These reasons among others set JTM apart from the other construction companies in the greater Seattle market.
Cons
As with any small company with great opportunity come growing pains. Luckily the leadership team and the various company committees insure the growth is done strategically and actively tries to limit the pains with company growth.
