Pros
In my experience, there were no redeeming factors. I was recruited to work for one of their clients within a private family, but the entire recruiting process was unprofessional. It was the most unprofessional experience of my career, demonstrating a level of insignificance and lack of seriousness I have never encountered before.
Cons
The role was promised to me verbally, leading me to make significant life decisions based on the trust I placed in those verbal assurances and WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately, as a contract had not yet been signed, I lack any formal legal protection. However, a reputable company would have offered compensation for my lost time, the employment I left, and the professional opportunities I declined following their promises. Instead, after changing their minds, they have ceased all communication and failed to respond to any of my emails or messages.
