      Good pay, turbine engine experience, good supervisor, Embraer’s are a fairly easy plane to learn and have great manuals.

      Cons

      A lot of company email traffic you must monitor as an AMT .

      Pros

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.
