Pros
Working within a start up that is well funded is a labor of love. Love is not easy, and in fact often times hurts more than anything. Growing an airline is painful and greatly rewarding. The pay gets the bills paid but the people are what get me coming back to work day over day.
Cons
If you are in it for the money or a normal 9-5 this is not the right place for you. Some managers can be stuck in their ways but 99% of the company are here to grow the best airline there ever was.
