Pros
Nice amenities including fancy coffee machines in break room and showers in locker rooms. Teammates and leads want to see you succeed. Safety is taken very seriously. Management is accommodating if you think something can be done to make processes easier. Usually no mandatory overtime, which is always a plus in my book. Can certainly sign up for it voluntarily when there is enough work to warrant it.
Cons
Location struggling to pull itself out of start up phase due to low customer demand. Maybe other locations aren't facing this difficulty, who knows. Makes contractors anxious that they will get laid off because of this, as they've done so in the past.
Activities on the floor feel a little micromanaged, and you're always being remotely surveilled. Not great feeling especially for people who like their privacy/autonomy.
