Pros
This company is full of nice people that create such a welcoming environment. From the top down, everyone gets along so well and the teamwork just falls in place. We get to work with some pretty cool products and there's plenty of opportunity to learn new skills on the job. Snacks, comfy chairs and good vibes while in office, plus there's WFH day's every month. There's great healthcare benefits included, unlimited PTO, and really good pay.
Cons
There's times when you will have to learn as you go. Sometimes you may have to be the first one to find out an answer. You will also need to be able to manage your time well since you may have multiple different things to work on during the day. These aren't hard cons, but it will be something you'll have to work through on the regular.
