      Bullying and verbally abused by higher-level people; discrimination; working overtime often without pay; There is nothing, like bonuses or schemes or just nice words, to motivate workers.

      I have always felt well supported at JPP, both professionally and personally. The staff understand the true meaning of team and we all work together to create a working environment that is truly enjoyable. Career opportunities here are fantastic - opportunities to build your role and progress are excellent.

      No major cons at JPP. I have always found staff at every level to be supportive and encouraging.
