How's this place even open?! - Prevention Specialist JOVEN Employee Review

The building is rat infested. Upper management staff are very cliquey..it seems all the other positions have high turnover. Not sure how the building is able to house any program with children considering the rodent infestation. The toys and art supplies get chewed up by the rats daily not to mention the tables the children's food trays are put on have rat feces as well. Staff offices have rat feces and there's no real cleaning going on. The building is so old half the roof is missing. This is a non profit that appears to be poorly run and it's an "at will" employer so they can let you go whenever they want. Only apply if you're a "yes person" or "kiss up" and don't complain about their furry friends!
