      Pros

      - Exciting start up environment - Challenging - Great learning experience for those who like strategy and solving problems

      Cons

      - No recognition for hard work - No room for growth (unclear team structure) - Like many tech companies is getting hit hard and will not promote or give raises - Lots of change with ENG/Product and therefor lack of clarity on roadmap and company vision

      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
