There are no pros that I can think of.

The worst place one can end up in. I was set up to fail and the actual work environment is toxic and often times unsafe. Management is borderline insane. I was told I was fired and was told to keep working because I was only out at the end of day. Find somewhere else to work and spare yourself the misery.

Good place for mechanics from eastern Europe to make a bit more money than in their home country

Bad pay for Czech standards, plus you'll only be working for about 4 hours in every 12-hour shift.
