There are no pros that I can think of.

The worst place one can end up in. I was set up to fail and the actual work environment is toxic and often times unsafe. Management is borderline insane. I was told I was fired and was told to keep working because I was only out at the end of day. Find somewhere else to work and spare yourself the misery.

Nothing They hire outside of their country however no job security. Company works in Hire and Fire Policy

Communication is a big challenge, most of them don’t speak English. Racism at its speak. Terrible Pay No job security at all.
