At JMS there’s an amazing opportunity for growth. Your piers will work with you and guide you through something new until you have obtained their knowledge and in return you can teach and guide the next. Teamwork and a family oriented atmosphere is the best part of JMS. We all function together in separate teams with different tasks, but operate as a family helping where we can doing our due diligence, you’ll never be thrown to the wolves.
Cons
The only Con is the travel, it is to be expected in our line of work. Some teams stay local and others will travel out of the DFW area.
