Pros
Good training is provided. Company values my inputs and rewards me for my good work. Good leadership and doesn't put up with poor attitude. Management and senior engineers appreciate my work and encourage me constantly for technical as well as management skills. Management doesn't compromise with safety and quality no matter what.
Cons
There is no room for slack behaviour, poor attitude or non-performance. My management will come to know somehow, if I have done any thing wrong. I have to remain 100% professional to achieve what I want. Efficient working is must.
