      Great internal training available to upskill yourself across consulting skills and coding / analytics Lots of opportunity to grow in different paths as the business expands You get to work with highly intelligent (and supportive) team members in a fast-paced, exciting environment Range of clients (with a large number in Private Equity) and project types

      Cons

      Work life balance is very dependent on project and sometimes extra work needs to be put in to meet client deadlines

      The pace can be intense during peak delivery cycles, especially when balancing multiple client priorities - typical of consulting/ finance though.
