      Great benefits Take care of associates needs Management is always responsive to feedback Great reputation in the industry Excellent compensation and benefits A company you can be proud to say you work for Smart, educated, self motivated associates are a pleasure to work with and for.

      Cons

      Some Managers are motivated to move up at any cost, even at the expense of their peers. (But this is unfortunately true in any large company).

      Everyone is really nice and helpful, Its a great learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Traffic is insane coming in. I live 30 mins away but it takes me an hour.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people, challenging work, on-site cafeteria and Starbucks.

      Cons

      Good luck becoming a full-time employee. They love hourly contractors with no PTO and horrible benefits.
