A somehow decent salary, but this can be a lot better especially for the given workload
Cons
Very very unrealistic estimates of hours to be worked per task. They have this unrealistic expectation that you should spend 16 hours (2 days) on average on a task, but in reality they take a lot longer. In reality I have to work a lot of extra hours to complete the tasks on (a decent) time. Very very poor work - life balance. There are periods of time where I have to work like non-stop, and I'm almost always stressed that I don't complete the tasks on time. Sometimes this happens due to a very complex codebase, but most of the times the problem is the lack of information from the persons who report the issue. Very poor explained issues. Have to spend a lot of time to understand what I have to do, in the first place
