Pros
If you are trying to get hired on the spot, they usually give it to the very first person they interview.
Cons
When you are first taken on JKS, you can expect to be praised for your "great work," but don't expect a 90 day performance review, or any kind of honesty at all. If you are doing anything that management doesn't like, instead of telling you, they will let you go out of the blue, lie about why, and replace you. Multiple employees ended up being paid less than what they were originally offered verbally and found out through paperwork after leaving their old jobs. Speaking of paperwork, there is nobody in HR. If you have a personal problem that needs to be addressed, good luck. This is a dead end job. You will be chewed up and spat out, there is no moral conduct. After you're out the door, you will be joked about. Not a good place for an empathetic person to work. Watching several people get fired for no good reason gets depressing.
