CU Boulder benefits are great. Lots of PTO and 10% 401 matching. Hybrid work model.
Cons
Layoffs were announced and 20% of the staff resigned or retired early. Poor communications and management from upper leadership. Budget is still shaky and remaining staff are overworked and stressed.
