Pros
The people, systems, workflow, and benefits are great! They focus on the customer and their people- the company takes fantastic care of employees. Employees have schedule and work location flexibility, including alternate work schedules, working in the office full-time, in-office part of the week and the rest at home, and working fully remote. ***NOTE: JHT completed a merged with Precise Systems in January 2025.
Cons
Pay raises don't keep up with inflation- though it's not bad because employees can negotiate for raises when they feel they have earned one.
