Pros

Nice pantry and office is near to Raffles Place MRT

Cons

Little to no guidance, long working hours (usually end at 9pm - 10 pm), culture between divisions is not collaborative and it is difficult to grow. You are also frequently required in the office and for certain teams, there are almost no or maybe 1 work-from-home day (even though they will tell you in the interview that they have 2 work-from-home days, Mon and Fri, this is not practiced based on my observation)

Pros

Above average base pay, good benefits

Cons

Middle management is mostly toxic people managers who do not offer their own experience or guidance and seem to be entirely out of the loop on day-to-day activities. There is a deep culture of managers taking credit for your work and throwing you under the bus if anything goes wrong(even if it was their fault). The money isn't worth it, save your sanity, there is little to no opportunity here let alone trust amongst colleagues. The bonus structure was much different than how it was pitched, be very careful, there's a reason why they don't let current asset managers in the interview process.
