Pros
It's not hyperbole to describe JEBCommerce as something all together different from other companies. To emphasize that, I'll focus on the three important aspects of the company that resonate most with me. First, where most would judge the success of the company on its financials, this company sees its success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, a commitment to providing world-class service, and making the employee its most valuable asset. Healthy financials are the desirable byproduct. It's an uncommon approach, but one that seems to work and benefit everyone involved. Secondly, it's refreshing to work in an environment where my own values align with those of the organization. It feels great knowing I've done well for others and not at someone else's expense. Lastly, I've never been challenged as much or as often as I have at JEBCommerce. We're asked to learn, grow, push boundaries. For some, this kind of growth can be a source of a tremendous amount discomfort, but there's also a huge amount of support for it here, making it a safe place to do so. And because of that support, I've learned and grown more in the last 3 years than I have in the preceding 15. All in all, I can't think of another place I'd rather work.
