Pros
Work Environment and community, Office space and location, Immediate growth opportunity, Reap what you sew, Management is always available and willing to help when you ask, You are your own success measurement, Lots of encouragement and affirmation when you are achieving goals. Thorough training in an industry that is hard to understand at first.
Cons
The most common con I see is work life balance; it can be tough to take time off and actually not work from your phone, but no one forces you to come in early or leave late. In this job you reap what you sew and if I have the opportunity to work an extra few hours through the week to double my pay check, I wouldn't be complaining because that is an opportunity that most jobs do not offer. It is not for everyone and I won't say that it is, Sales is hard for those who do not want to put in the work, but if you are willing to work hard you will absolutely see the benefits.
