      Benefits and coworkers were good

      Cons

      It's a cold call mill selling the same thing every other logistic company is- your time. You're selling that you will be available 24/7 if a truck breaks down, and your job security depends on it. You make sure trucks are on time, the trucks lie, and if something happens it's on you. It's a terribly shady business, and the management at Jear are no better.

      Pros

      Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

      Cons

      Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.

      Potential to make great money with no previous experience good culture sales managers give you everything you need to succeed

      Cons

      dont work here if you hate cold calling, cant manage stress or time no work life balance for the most part
