Pros
I started at JEAR not too long ago, and honestly, it’s been a great experience so far. I had just moved to the area and didn’t know anyone, but this place made it super easy to meet people and get settled in. Everyone’s pretty friendly, and there’s always something going on at the office—HR throws events all the time, and it definitely helps break the ice when you’re new. As far as the job goes, it’s a really solid starting point if you're getting into sales. I didn’t have much (or any) experience, but the training was legit and there’s a lot of support from the team. Also shoutout to the HR team for not roasting me when I had no clue how to fill out my tax forms during the first week. 😂
Cons
You’ve gotta be ready to put in serious work. Some weeks can definitely feel long and somedays you have to stay late to finish things up—but they’re pretty upfront about that from the start, so it’s not like it comes out of nowhere.
