Pros

If you are younger and wanting to relocate to a cool place, this works. Co-workers are all very nice and make going to the office fun. You’ll make friends in the office and will have them afterwards too. The work experience was tough and helps with getting resume built. I would recommend this job to somebody who wants to live in a cool city and work with young people. Use the experience and get a better job

Cons

Low pay. Never feeling like there job security if you aren’t in an LC/LOC position. Lots of false hope. Just be straight up with how much you can make. Was told I’d take over somebody’s account if I stayed long enough (a lie). Never took a PTO day in 9 months, felt like I would be looked down upon. Some brokers get lucky or they are just set up by the managers. No work/life. Watched a coworker stay on the phone at a 4hour concert, had to buy a portable charger because he felt like he would lose his account. Office is unprofessional.

Pros

Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

Cons

Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.
