Where do I start........ 1. Favouritism at all levels - this will effect your salary, promotions and getting roles. 2. Sales team lie to you about projects they do not care at all about what you want or how you wan to shape your career. So turning down a role is out of the question as you won’t get put forward for anything else. 3. Training - You are trained by other JDX employees so its very basic and this training is used to pay the bond if you leave with in the 2 years. JDX can not make you pay for this training as they are not paying any external trainers to come in you are getting trained by your peers. The only training which is good is the Agile training which has recently been implemented. 4. Line managers - really don’t care about meeting up with everything is forced. They only meet because they are required to or helps them with their own appraisal. 5. Not respected by any clients even though client base is quite good. On the ground the client who you are working with really don’t like anyone from Jdx and treat you with no respect. 6. Sales team - they won’t have your back on client site. They will leave you to rott to save their own backs and will blame you even if all the evidence is provided. They will send you for interviews without properly telling you what you are actually interviewing for making you look stupid infront of the client. Sales team to busy trying to make them selfs look good take care about what their doing to the companies staff. Ironic really as the sales team are just former consultants and senior consultants who don't do projects anymore but chosen to take the sales route. as there is no other stepping stones within JDX. 7. Promotions - as mentioned it’s all to do with favourites and how well you can Lean online quiz’s on their portal. The whole thing is a joke. If you do very well on Client site but don’t do a social event for JDX then you will get marked down. When you mention you work at JDX it is looked down upon. They do not have a good reputation in the industry, When I joined the company was going places but they seem to have lost this very quickly. It’s not a coincidence that so many people have left JDX from all levels in the last year. There are the lucky few who get good projects and progress but most of them leave to other companies very soon after that. I could go on and on but i will leave it there. Anyway STAY WELL CLEAR,
