Pros

Commission based , can earn as much as you want , basically (Devil Run Company)

Cons

Make you remember an evil script , that you shout at each other , each morning , because you know after you leave the office it will be the most depressing time of your life , they make you fake smile to the doors of people , who generally know what we are about , but our job was to brain wash them , out of their hard earned money thru the lies and deceitfulness, by using Animal Cruelty / Animal Pocher , Cause , Horrible , told elderly people in care or in their own disabled homes , to support charity for a good cause, poor people didn't know or realise before they had signed up to our (WWF Bull) Devil Run Company - Simple Put it , Evil Company, Evil Staff , who only cared for their pockets .

Pros

I recently moved to Belfast to study at queens university on an Erasmus year. I applied for a job at jdf and was offered an opportunity to join the trainee management programme. The team at jdf were very friendly and made me feel very welcome especially as it was a brand new city to me. I was given extensive training from both team leaders and senior management. Not only did this role improve my self confidence but the skills that I gained here will be a valuable asset to any other business that I work with in the future.

Cons

My only con is that jdf have not yet expanded to Minnesota as my placement year has ended so I have had to move home. But hopefully I'll be able to work with them again in the future.

Pros

When I joined the business I wasn't promised anything but was told through work ethic and having a positive attitude that I could progress my career in an entrepreneurial way which I thought because of my education background could never happen for me. I have proved to myself that through hard work, dedication and gaining knowledge from management that I can achieve my goals and further progress myself along the path to financial freedom.

Cons

As my goals for myself are very big in this business I have learned to adapt to realising that changes in myself had to be made in regards to my own personal attitude or else I would not have achieved some of the goals I have already hit, and the goals I am about to hit.
