      Pros

      Fun to work on the karts, generally easy to work on. Most of the business comes from corporate parties, so business is busier in the evenings and maintenance and repairs during the day.

      Cons

      Managers like to micromanage a lot, always staring over your shoulder, and slow to order parts for repairs.

      Pros

      -Flexible hours as long as karts are in good condition and work is getting done. -Fun group of people to work with. -As a mechanic, as long as you communicate efficiently and do your job decently, (Stay current with part orders, do timely repairs, have general common sense) then it's incredibly unlikely you will have any issues.

      -none I can think of.
