Pros
1 hour 30 mins lunch breaks when going to the gym. CEO Bootcamp. Boxing in the office. Annual black tie.
Cons
A very young demographic of employees. Associates hired tend to be from 18+ years old and with this comes inexperience in how to behave in a professional environment. But honestly, it's not professional in any way... very cliquey and constant gossip. There is also a lack of middle management. If you have a problem you have to go to the Directors which can be daunting. They also tend to ignore your problems and give an excuse anyway. Very controlled environment in terms of when to take lunch breaks, only 1 day working from home and daily KPIs. Micromanagement galore!! About 5 consultants have left so far in 2023 and they've fired another 5+ associates! Never seen so many people leave in such a short space of time. The office is also freezing and everyone has hot water bottles, or it's boiling hot (for approx. 2 weeks) in summer and unbearable. £25k base salary whilst being in the office 4 days a week is terrible. Honestly, the job is not worth the stress. The commission is poor and they'll try and find a loophole to not pay you the full amount.
