Contact with the public makes the job enjoyable. Coworkers are fun people. Immediate management is supportive; however, they are unable to alter decisions that come from the top.
Cons
JCP is such a large company that you have no say is how to imporove the business. It is a top down company. Recent management changes have been positive.
