      Current I.T. Sr Leadership team (Directors and up) are more into kingdom building rather that working together as one team. Mid year and End of year calibration process is a popular contest not a true attempt at identifing top talent

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
