Pros
Most of the staff was great, the families I worked with were very kind, Working with children, watching them grow into the people of today. Great beginning experience if you are truly interested in the early childhood career and teaching pre-k and early ed.
Cons
Management does not listen. Higher ups don't listen. CEO doesn't listen, Refuses to hear any critical feedback that doesn't indulge in applauding the bare minimum that peers and staff are supposed to be doing. Bottom of the totem pole employees are undervalued, overworked, overlooked and unheard. Caters to new hires in hope of retaining new employees, completely ignoring the veteran teachers and staff.
