Tough work - Buyer JCB Employee Review

Inflexible holiday (hard to balance work and life , or arrange a holiday in different time ), challenging culture and lots political fights , insufficient new starter training - rely on others to train new starter but not in the name of mentor (the others don’t have obligation to spend time on training others therefore it could take long learning curve for anyone to get familiar with system or process ), unclear career path , (lack of the upwards role for people to apply ) , systems and process not aligned within the group... could be confusing and frustrating
