Good benefits, good product, potential if done right.
Cons
UK culture does not allow for North American success. Very demanding with no flexibility in the field, started 2 years ago with a smile, and quickly learned why they get in their own way trying to run the business the same. Very sad to see something that could be super successful die on the vine.
