It's a horrible company to work for they dont care about your safety or well being at all its all about numbers over quality work they have cut our pay back significantly its just not a good place if you are looking for a good career path

Solo work most of the time. So it's nice when you have a job with others. Generally speaking, you service the same customers. Decent pay for the work

Flexible schedule, pay is horrid, lots of experience to get if you know who to get it from

Tons of red tape, corporate disconnect, everyone will step on you to get ahead. No one takes accountability or responsibility. If you’re in the field or manager those in the field they will work you hard and expect more and more out of you until they burn you out. Can’t make simple fixes only focus on big picture instead of creating a better work life balence
