Pros
The salary is the only part that is somewhat a pro. But given the hours that are required to work it is not worth it. The program can create experiences that will allow you to move on, but you have to make sure that you are constantly fighting for your own success.
Cons
Management has no real idea how things are running and is not quite in control of situations. Work life balance overall is terrible, expect at minimum 10 hour days. Never quite received the tools I needed for the tasks that I was asked to complete. Morale overall is quite bad. Expect to told when asked to improve things that "That's just the way things run." As a trainee you will be put in filler positions rather than given real opportunities to learn. Be warned about the signing bonus, the program is 18 months but the pay back is 2 years.Can make it difficult to pay it back if you are not prepared.
