Surprisingly 24Seven treats their employees better than JBC. You’re not seen as a person here and the bar is set extremely low as far as company culture goes. You get nothing more than a shoutout on workplace chat for your anniversary or birthday if you’re lucky. Team morale couldn’t be worse and they do not foster any sort of community.
