Great Agency for both placement + finding great candidates - Anonymous employee JBCStyle Employee Review

I have worked with JBC on several occasions and I can't speak highly enough of this agency, their knowledgable and caring staff and just how positively they treat you vs. other typical recruiting agencies. They have placed me twice now, one company that I was with for 3 years and was such an amazing career building experience. Each time they have called me to inquire about an opportunity, they come prepared with both the pros and cons of each company based on what they've heard and experienced within the industry. It's not all about "smoke and mirrors" just to make a placement. I also felt like I had an advocate going into each interview whether to assist in negotiations or simply just to chat through the process. On the flip side, I have also used JBC as an employer. Hiring the right fit isn't easy, not to mention a time consuming process and immediately after calling JBC they seemed to have the ideal candidates they sent my way. We ended up hiring a few candidates through them and it was such an easy experience. Overall, I honestly wouldn't recommend any other recruiting agency except JBC. JBC is the ONLY agency I use!
