      Pros

      Great culture and leadership. Forward thinking. High performance. Large company with family feel. Easy going work environment (not cut throat). 100% medical insurance premium paid for self and my family which is unheard of plus generous 401k match and ESOP.

      Cons

      Relatively flat organizational structure so limited room for advancement beyond manager level.

      Challenging and unique construction projects. Lots of support in learning new skills.

      There are no current cons. Just be sure you can handle living in New Mexico

      Pros

      Truly a great place to work. The benefits are better than just about anywhere (they pay the premiums for your whole family, significant matching on 401K, profit sharing, ESOP, and more). Great opportunities to grow and always chasing the unusual work and challenges

      Cons

      Pay is a bit behind for the technical skills needed. Not invested in technology (still a lot of paper methods). Personnel resources are always behind the curve, waiting until it is too late to effectively train new hires.
