Pros
nothing, its like hell here
Cons
Things are changing with this company in the worst possible way. The current CEO is leaving by design and due to some internal politics, which was a good decision. However, he is going to head other countries, which is still bad. His replacement, chosen through internal politics and by design as well, is unfortunately worse than the current one and is disliked by both clients and colleagues internally. Whoever is making these decisions must be out of their mind. This is not a fix but merely bandaging a bleeding wound. This tells you that this company not only doesn’t care about their employee but they also don’t care about their customers. They need to bring in a real leader from outside who will be respected by both external clients and internal employees. The company's revenue is down 30%, and they have gotten rid of 15% of hard-working entry-level employees who actually do the job, while keeping all the C-level executives who don’t contribute effectively, wasting company’s resources and money on travel instead and are never available for leading, managing, or helping as they should. Run while you can; bad news is coming!
