      A few lovely people who are also desperate to leave

      Cons

      - degrading/ abusive boss - pay is abysmal - empty promises of moving up in the company - one of the main appeals of the job is getting to network with photographers except they freak out if they catch you doing just that - hour cuts during slow periods - not a single black person on the staff

      None really no benefits or growth

      Cons

      Micromanaging no structure overall just a bad experience. Ever have an issue don’t expect there to be an hr department because there isn’t.
